Dear Users,

we might have been a little silent lately, but we were hard at work...
With version 0.9.98, among many fixes which vastly improve accuracy and sensitivity, nvBowtie goes multi-GPU!

Which means it can now also take advantage of the 2 GPUs packed in a single Tesla K80 board, as the attached slides show.
And yes, that's a single K80 against the 20 cores of a high end dual-socket Ivy Bridge Xeon... now imagine what
you could do with 2 or 4 K80's in a single node!

And... in case it went unnoticed, we also just recently published a new incremental algorithm to index large collections
of reads at unprecedented speeds, which is now part of the new nvSetBWT:
