Hi all,

Our annual SigEp NV Alpha undergrad/alumni house cleanup weekend has been slated for Friday, August 16th - Saturday, August 17th.  We will plan on going from 4 pm - 7 pm Friday and 10 am - whenever we get tired (maybe around 3 or 4) on Saturday.  Friday will probably be focused on making some shopping trips to collect supplies and get things ready, with Saturday being the main work day.  The undergrads have committed to taking care of the general cleanliness issues, especially in the areas we will be working, so that any alumni help we get can be more focused on actual projects.  If you are able to attend, please bring any equipment or tools you think might be useful.  I'll try to get a list of projects out in the next week that we might try to tackle.

Feel free to respond with any questions.  Hope to see you Saturday at the golf tournament.

Cody

Hi everyone,

Just a quick follow-up to our house clean-up plans.  I haven't heard of anyone who was planning to stop by this afternoon.  I actually got roped into coaching football this evening, so I'm not going to be there either.  I'm sure that if you want to stop by, the undergrads would appreciate any help.

Tomorrow, the Straders and I are planning to be at the house at 9 am, at which time a pest inspection is scheduled.  After that, our main priority will be to organize the purchase of cleaning supplies and any urgent items the undergrads need for the house.  Pending how much time is left after that, we might try to make some progress in other areas.  The undergrads are planning their own work week starting Monday, so our main goal out of the alumni weekend we have scheduled is to ensure they have to tools to make sure the house will be a good impression on any BMS applicants visiting next weekend.

If you have any questions or are thinking about stopping by, let me know!
