Help with Vendors

Housing Committee,

I need help scheduling some vendors to come out and do work on the house. I have 6 projects I need someone to volunteer for. Basically, all you would need to do is call the vendor, schedule a time to meet with them at the house, and then be there to let them in and stay with them while they complete their work. I've already taken care of all of the estimates and what not. Here's what we've got:

• The Electric Company (our electrician needs to come out and do some work to bring us up to code and make a few outlets work that don't currently)
• Mr. Rooter (our plumber needs to come and do some drain fixing, snaking, etc.)
• Home Perfect (our handyman needs to come out and install the garbage disposal, fix some doors, and fix some drywall that there are holes in)
• ABC Fire (they need to come out and replace the glass on the first and second floor fire extinguishers, as well as replace the glass breaker chain on the first floor one)
• Converse Consultants (need to come out and perform an asbestos and lead paint test-will be the longest of all the tasks...probably will take 4-6 hours)
• Culinary Consultants (need to deliver our new stove)
