SPE NV Alpha Housing Committee Meetings

SPE NV Alpha Housing Committee Members,

Please be advised that we will start having recurring meetings the last Sunday of the month, effective Sunday, September 29, 2013. Meetings will be held at the SPE House located at 401 University Terrace, Reno, NV 89503 at 6:00pm PST. If you have any questions or concerns, or would like something specific added to the agenda, please let me know. Additionally, if there is anything you'd like to discuss prior to our meeting since it's about a month away, please feel free to bring it up via email. 

Just as a heads up, I am meeting with a plumber, electrician and locksmith today to get the ball rolling on some of the more basic issues that need immediate attention. 

Lastly, please find attached the report from Willis, outlining their recommendations for us. I am trying to work through the list as quickly as possible, but some issues (like alarm system and sprinkler system) will be deferred until we know if we will be buying the house or not.
