Trail Building Volunteer Project Opportunity

The Nature Conservancy is planning a trail building day at Kirman Field along the Carson River. The following is more specific information regarding the trail and the project:

The volunteer trail building opportunity will be on Sunday July 12th at Kirman Field -- we have been building trail there and we are hoping this will be the final effort and we can finish the trail. It's not heavy work, just making the trail more visible. We will work from 8 AM till noon to avoid midday heat. This will be a wonderful trail for birders when it is open so it might be a good opportunity to get some Audubon folks out there to see the trail and offer any comments.
