Hello everyone! I have a work problem that needs to be optimized, specifically as follows: My school has a total of 64 classes, 2876 students. I want to collect student information through GoogleForm. Students access GoogleForm, select the student's class in the list of 64 classes from a drop-down box, based on the results of the selection, GoogleForm brings to the next section the correct class of the student, the student continues to select the full name + student code in the class list from a drop-down box. The problem I am having is connecting data from GoogleSheet to GoogleForm via FormRanger to put data into the drop-down box. If I create a GoogleSheet file of 65 sheets, it cannot be connected, maybe because the data is large, I create 65 separate GoogleSheet files, there are too many files and the system continuously reports an unusual access error, after working on a few files, I have to take a break to avoid this error. Can you guys help me with a better method to do this? Thank you!

So you have 64 dropdown questions in the Google form.  If you are trying to populate a single dropdown, the limit is 999 items.

See scrpt to update a Google form.  Formranger has a problem with too many questions to be updated.

If the data doesn't change that often, just copy and paste the list.

Hello! I am very happy to receive your support, thank you very much, I have done part of my work. Your video tutorial is 1 sheet with more than 999 rows of data and my problem is 1 file with 64 separate sheets, each sheet has 45 rows of data. I look forward to receiving your feedback. Thank you!

64 questions are beyond the ability of formranger.

I shared a link with you.to build your own script.

You could also change your design. A form for each school would lower the number of classes and formranger would likely work.

You can create a document with links to each form. One link would take them to the document where they click on the correct form.

If you have nothing better to do, keep trying to get formranger to work with 64 dropdown questions.  A better use of your time would be to change your design to what you know works.

You can create your own script.
