FormRanger doesnt load

Hello,

I have problems with FromRanger, but not due to duplicate information, the problem is that it does not load the list and I use this tool every day and I have never had problems, I need help it is very important for my work.

Did you use the unique function in a new column to be sure there are no duplicates?  That is the only problem that I'm aware of at this time.

But the problem is that it doesn't load anything. I know that the duplicate information doesn't load, but it doesn't load anything of the column in the form list.
