Additional Setup URL Gives 404 Error

I am attempting to use Form Ranger for the first time. After installing I am prompted to complete step 2 of 2 "Complete Additional Setup Now". Selecting the link gives me a 404 error. I have tried opening the URL in an Incognito window with the same result.

• 404. That’s an error.
• The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know.

When I open Form Ranger from the Add-ons menu in my Form, I only get a white box that links to a Help window. I can select "Learn More", "Report an Issue", or "View in Store".

I am stuck. How can I complete the additional setup? I am assuming that will resolve the issue in the actual Form.

Refreshing the Form itself resolved this issue and is now working.
