Form Ranger not Populating New List

I use Form Ranger to update a list of customers as a dropdown in a question on my Google form. I recently made a change to the list to be sorted alphabetically instead of by initial entry date. The alphabetical list is in the same spot as the old list, but Form Ranger won't update the question dropdown with the alphabetical list. I've run Form Ranger several times and have deleted and re-selected the list range, but nothing is working. Help!

You can't have more than 999 entries.  Have you checked for duplicates?  See the message in the description of the group.

I do not have more than 999 entries. (This limit is frustrating since we will get to it at some point; is there any possibility of increasing that limit soon?)

I do not have any duplicates. I put a formula in my sheet to check for duplicates, which I then delete as needed.

How can I get my question to populate the new, alphabetized list?

I got it working. I simply started from scratch, created a new list, set up the Form Ranger update again, and it's working now.

What do you suggest as a workaround for the 999 entry limit? (We will potentially be hitting this limit later this year or next year.) Or will the limit be increased soon?

I think that is a Google limit and I can't imagine that they will increase it.

You need to have 3 questions and a couple of sections.  1ST question is "is the name before or after a letter. ,

The form needs to branch depending on the answer to one of two sections.  One for above and one for below.  

You need to split your list based on the letter.
