Automatically add user-created "other" to list of possible selections in Multiple Choice question

Let's say I have a ballot where I have 2 options people can vote for, but also allow for a 3rd "Other Option" line.

If someone creates a new option for the question, I now want that 3rd option to appear as a choice for all future people who use the form.  This is exactly what happens in a  "facebook poll"- I want to duplicate the ability in a google form. 

For example, if this is my form:

And someone puts "Green" in the other line, then I want the next person to see this:


How can I do this?

Just add the option for other in the Google form.  My memory says that FormRanger only updates the list part of the question and keeps the other option.

Do a test.
