Can´t open form ranger

to NV Form Ranger Add-on
Everytime I try to open form ranger appear a pop up message with "ScriptError: You do not have permission to access the requested document."
I've used it multiple times before with this account, and this specific form was created with this account! Anyone can help?

Is the form in a shared drive?  I don't believe add-ons that change files work with shared drives.
