Updating Questions list scrambles

I have a Order form made for customers to purchase local items. I have it set up in four different sections with a checkbox option. Inside the associated google form responses i have the main "Form Responses1" with 4 other sheets, one for each option available. On each of these sheets i have the option available with a session limit and counter. With this set up if i set the limit to 5 the name of the item changes to Sold Out ( =if(C2<D2,B2,"Sold Out") ) and Form Ranger updates the form to say as such. I have Form Ranger pulling each of the four sections from the assigned items sheet. I've been battling this form as it keeps changing when i load form ranger to pull from a different sheet than previously assigned thus changing the name of one of the 4 items or all 4. I will set it back up and configure it correctly but it would seem that every time someone orders it scrambles again and i have to fix it. I don't understand enough as to why this is constantly happening and what i need to change to correct it.

I would put the table used by formranger in the same spreadsheet as the responses.

You want to change your formula to include what is sold out. "Candy sold out."

If two items are sold out, formranger will not update because there will be multiples.

Add a item if every item is sold out.

The responses when an item is sold out do include the item in the name, I deleted it just to show the commonality of the formula I am using but I do see how in this context that was not a good idea. 

With each item being structured as a different "question" they each need their own section on the form without that then it pulls the wrong name. I feel like the Range is what is messing this up for me but when I change the range name three other range names change with it while the original one used stays the same. When i trying to modify this again the results are always the same. I'm trying to reconstruct this sheet to have all the options available in the same "Question" thus allowing me to have the items in the same form sheet. i was hoping that there might be a better fix without reworking the entire document.

If you have branching for the items in a list, FormRanger will not rebuild the branching when it updates the list.
