Help - Form Ranger Not Working with Unique List (NO Dups)

to NV Form Ranger Add-on
Hello - Form Ranger installed and connected to my G-Sheet no problem. In selecting the data range, it successfully displayed sampled data from my spreadsheet...
However, nothing populates on the form question itself. I've seen all the other posts by others about issues with population, but I'm using a simple, unique list of email addresses. So, duplicate entries are not at play in my case.
Any other ideas of what the problem is or suggestions for debugging this?

Did you try the unique and trim functions? That usually clears the problem.
If you still have a problem share the form and spreadsheet with edit rights with me. It can be a copy as long as FormRanger fails.

I now see that suggestion on some prior posts too, so I shoulda read deeper and given that a shot before making you repeat yourself.

And for anyone reading this post with a similar problem, the function Joe is referring to is...
=UNIQUE(ARRAYFORMULA(TRIM(G2:G)))
...where you swap G2:G with your own data range.
