Form ranger not populating (no duplicates)

Hello, form ranger has stopped populating for me. 

Originally, there were duplicates – which is why I think it stopped populating – but now I have removed the duplicates and re-established the connection and it is not populating at all. 

Please help!

Check for duplicates using the tool at the description of the group.
