Form Ranger Fails to Install on Second Step...

With all the folks using Form Ranger successfully, I must be doing something wrong.  I'm trying to install FR for the first time.  First step successful.  "Addional Installation Steps" fail with a 404 - Page Not Found error.  I am logged in with exactly one Google account.

I have a hard time seeing a fix for this.  As in I don't know how to fix it.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.  I have thoroughly searched the forum and have not seen this question.  Inquiring minds want to know!

Hello,

After installing from the Marketplace and then accepting the permissions, open up a google form,  and go to the add-ons drop-down menu. do you see Form Ranger there?

(While still in the Marketplace you do not have to click on  "Continue to second step", for some reason this is just rerouting you back, just see if the add-on installed successfully on a Google Form)

I am having the same issue.  Its my personal drive.  I have Form Ranger in the add-on menu.  After selecting START, I get an error message "drive.google.com refused to connect :-("

Same issue. I've tried both on my work account and computer and on my personal account and computer.

Second set keeps going to an error
