Form Ranger Failing to Successfully Launch

Hello, I'm wondering if I could get some help figuring out why Form Ranger is failing to successfully launch. Most of the time Form Ranger stays as a blank white box and when the menu does load it freezes in the first popup. Examples attacked. Thank you in advance!

I just get a blank screen.  

I wonder if this has something to do with the latest update to Windows?

Autocrat is doing the same thing.

Thank you for your response. I work on a Mac product. No issues until today.

Thanks for the information.  

The quarterly estimated taxes are due today but I doubt that is the problem.

I'm including NewVisions so they can test.  They wrote the add-on.
