My FormRanger won't start

Hello, good afternoon! How are you?
My FormRanger is not starting, when I click on start it even opens the square in the bottom right corner of the screen, but no options appear and just a white screen.
I have tried waiting about 10 minutes and I have tried to uninstall and install the extension and it still did not work. I noticed that there was a message a few hours ago.
