form ranger can't auto-update

to NV Form Ranger Add-on
the function of auto-update once on form submit doesn't work today.
the form works correctly if I manual update the form
now even the old form which was worked well last month now isn't auto update

Try turning it off and back on.

Do the questions update when you run the application manually?
