Not able to configure

I just added Form Range as an add on to a form. The install completing the initial set up in a new window. Chrome Web Store opens and says, this item is not available

There seems to be a bug or alligator in the process.

Skip that step and formranger should work just fine.

Click DONE on this screen.  Do not click on Complete Additional Setup Now.
