to NV Form Ranger Add-on

Google Sheets now has a "Remove Duplicates" function under Data --> Data Cleanup. I was happy to find that recently!

FYI -- I had been wrestling with the form not updating all afternoon, but it finally did... for no apparent reason but for the passing of time. Lots of it.
