Being limited to 100

Sorry for the repeat question, but I've searched the forum and cannot find anyone with my same issue.

I'm being limited to 100 lines when populating a Google Forms. When I trim the Google spreadsheet to 99 lines, it populates normally. If I add the one hundredth, it will not populate at all.

I thought it might be a pay wall at first, which would be OK.

Thoughts?

I thought it would handle 999 rows.

It doesn't like duplicates.  I think there is something in the description of this group.

The duplicates must be after 100.
