form ranger reflecting the wrong dates

help please, i've been trying to make it reflect dates march 11 and 12. instead its reflecting march 10 and 11 on the google form. how to fix this?

Add a column to the sheet and use the text function to format the date the way you want it.  Put a couple of spaces in front of the date so Google doesn't think it is a date.  Use this column to populate the form.
