Form Ranger no longer populating any fields in Google Form

Hello,

I have Form Ranger linked to 2 forms that are fairly important to workflows I've created. As of today, I noticed that upon updating the sheet linked to the forms in question by Form Ranger that fields are no longer updating.

I've tried starting the add on. I've tried re-mapping the affected fields. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add on.

Can you please assist?

Read the message at the top of the group.  Duplicates in the list will prevent the update of a form.

Had a dupe in the sheet, All good now. Any plans to fix that bug?

I think this is a Google issue.  Why do you want duplicate items in a list?  How do you which one was selected?

Well, there are certain situations where duplicate values can exist. For example, 2 people having the same name. Though this doesn't happen very often, it's possible. I don't know enough about Google or FR to say which one it is, but what leads you to believe this is a Google issue and not the add-on?

Because the problem started without there being any changes to the script as best I know.  So,  if two people have the same name in a dropdown list, how will you know who it is when you read the data in the spreadsheet?  I believe I actually got the message when updating using a script.  Yes, you could also ask for a mailing address or Social Security number to separate duplicates.

If you look at the example there are ways to eliminate the duplicates.  I doubt you will have much leverage to get Google to change, but you are welcome to try.

My form is not populating.  I've been reading through these threads, but cannot figure out what you mean by a dup in the sheet?  Where should there not be duplicates?

There same entry can not exist in the list of values.  The AB entry in the following list will prevent a question from updating.

So, would this be considered a dupe?  My form has 10 sessions, where individuals are selecting teachers for conferences.  These are the 2 closest names I have.  

Bechtel, K - Social Studies
Bechtel, M - English

Those are definitely different.  What happens if a conference is full?  Does that cause a duplicate?

If the problem is not data related, try turning off the triggers, then close FormRanger followed by turning the triggers back on.
