No data In column after question populated

Hi!

After several hours work on a fairly complex form yesterday, I suddenly saw that most multiple-choice questions I'd populated (all from the same Google sheet, no auto updates) showed "No data in column" instead of the choices I'd added with FR. I was using Chrome 124.0.6367.61, Mac OS 11.7.6

I am not sure if the glitch was connected with importing questions, or moving sections. Is either of those known to make trouble?
