One of my list is not showing

I have multiple lists uploaded and connected.  It is working wonderfully but not the banks.  I have updated and connected the Bank names to my form but they are not showing as options on the question.  I see that they are on the Formranger questions list and the list is showing correctly but not showing in the Google form itself.

Try this Find duplicates for Formranger.  Duplicates are the most common problem.  This tool with display the list as seen by formranger.
