Auto-populate from range as I type?

I've managed to get it to work from a drop-down.

But there are tons selections of numbers.

I want it to be that it as I type the initial digits, it filters and shows me the balance to select 1 option.

See check dropdown folder.  I don't think it is possible to do what you want.

I liked the option that treats a number as text.  When you type the first character, the form takes you to the first entry.

I would make sure the entries are in numeric order.  That way typing the first character will take you to the beginning of that series.

Let me know if you have any questions.  Sometimes our desires are just not possible.

Thanks. However, the moment someone sees the entire dropdown, they aren't going to type. (Also, this option doesn't work for mobile viewing)

I want something that looks like a Data Validation cell in Google Sheets. I start typing and it keeps filderting out.

We see this a lot when entering country names, it auto populates/filters and limits the results.

Put something in the description of the question.

You will have to ask Google.

Your request is a Google enhancement.

Form ranger only updates the form.  

Google controls how it is displayed.

I recommend using the text option and telling the user to press the first digit of the number to get close.
