merge not populating form url edit link

Hi all,

I am using Form Mule with mulitple schools as a behavior tracker. The merge is set up and sending emails as expected except for the form url edit link field. This field doesn't show up in the emails sent.

I have tried re-creating the fields, re-doing the entire merge, and nothing is working. What makes it strange is that it works for one school, but not got the others. To be clear, each school has their own google form and spreadsheet, everything within the sheets and form mule is the same, but one school gets emails with the form edit url field and the other do not.

Any ideas or advice is appreciated.

You should be able to look at the sent folder to see if there was a link in the email that was sent.

Make sure the edit URL is in the spreadsheet.

Is the IT or Workplace Admin blocking the link.

There has to be something different.

Thanks for the ideas. I did check those, and still had issues. IT was strange because out of seven versions of the same thing, I had one that was working perfectly and 6 that wouldn't send the single specfic field (everthing else was sending fine through the emails). Ultimately, I started over - removed everything FormMule related in the spreadsheet, removed anything extra, cleared the cache, logged out, restarted, the whole gamut, just for good measure. Then restarted the FormMule merge and now the emails are being sent and all of the fields are populated to all seven school sites. Lots of trial and error and ultimately getting the desired results.
