Email sent Notification But not sent Actually.

Dear Team, I have recently faced an Issue where Email related to Orders has not been sent to the Concerned Departments....This has created a Delay in the Order and Can ultimately a Loss of Trust on the Customer's Part.

 I would Like you to please Investigate and Confirm the Reason why that has Happned.

I'm sorry for any issues caused.

What is in the status column?  Did FormMule send the email and it wasn't received or did FormMule not send the email.

Does the email show in the sent folder?

We might be able to help if you supply more detail.

If the process is important to your business, you may want to figure out a way to audit the process.  I sent a separate email about a way to audit Autocrat and FormMule.

Hi Joe, Yes, Formmule sent an email but did not receive it.

No, the email was neither in my Sent Box nor in Thrash/Spam....I have checked it with the People at receiver's end but it was not their Eighter.

Yes the Process is really Important and our Dispatches depend on that, or else the Customers would be upnapphy because of the late Delivery.

I believe you have to have an email in the reply to section for the email to show in the Sent folder.

I don't know what to tell you if this was a single case and FormMule worked for other rows after the one that failed.

The email could have been deleted by the receiver.

I would consider putting in a Reply to email so that messages are recorded in the Sent folder.

I don't know what kind of audit you can create to make sure that emails are received.  

I'm afraid I'm out of ideas.

I would suggest that the link doesn't work outside of FormMule..  Paste the link in the incognito window of a browser to make sure it works.

Whenever I am trying to use the prefilled form, I get either the error I showed to you or the Following. One more interesting thing is that it is picking up the one single reference number in all the forms instead of picking the One it is supposed to do from the row.

I would guess that you have a problem with your spreadsheet and not FormMule.

If the links in the spreadsheet don't work then they will not work in the email received from FormMule.
