No case status show in Form Mule Add-on

Hi all

No case status show in even though the email was delivered successfully, and it can't send email normally, when I click into to "preview and send all" , it will send same email several times. could you help to check asap?

This might be the timezone error:

In your spreadsheet, go to file > spreadsheet settings > change time zone> Change the time zone> save and then change back to what you need it to be set as >save

If that does not resolve the issue, please share your user key from the form mule drop-down, we can then check on the backend for errors. Thanks!
