FormMule Issues

Good Morning,

Hi, I need your help with FormMule not loading.  The "spinning wheel" continues to spin.  See the attached photo. I have worked with Google Forms, Google Sheets and from there created Flubaroo and then FormMule to create a URL several times before. However, this time I cannot get to the next step after the FomMule loads. I have turned off my PC and restarted my computer.  Any help or support you can offer me, I would greatly appreciate.

Try running from an incognito window in Chome.  Check that there are the correct number and titles in the hidden sheets.  There should be only one per each merge.

When I did a search for "spinning wheel" at the community, I received a long list of folks who have had this problem in the past.
