Only the templates that are selected in step two will process. The templates are hidden tabs.
See the description of the group for a file that looks for errors.

Did you look for hidden tabs or sheets?
Did you copy the sheet from the spreadsheet that is shared in the description of the group?
You may have duplicate titles or some other condition that FormMule doesn't like.
