Is there a way to embed a URL link in the body of a FormMule template?

Hey Tom

Assuming it is a static link, then yes, just use HTML code

<a href="url">link text</a>

example:
<a href="https://www.w3schools.com/html/">Visit our HTML tutorial</a>
