Form Mule Not Sending Email

I am new to Form Mule but thought that I had it set up correctly. However, emails were not sent out for the submissions that were already in the spreadsheet- even though it said the emails were sent. Any idea as to why this might be? Thank you!

What is in the status column?

Look at the sent folder.
