Build / preview templates spinning error

Hi there. I am usually pretty good at troubleshooting errors with Form Mule but I can't seem to get it to work tonight. I tried the error spreadsheet, and nothing came up. I use the same template all the time, so nothing should be very different on this one that I can't get it to work. I use the time trigger and not the form trigger, if that changes suggestions.

I can take a look if you want to add me to your sheet temporarily. 

Otherwise, here is where I look for issues:

1. The headers. I often copy then entire header row and paste transposed so I can spot an error. The error is usually caused by a typo inadvertently added.

2. I look at every hidden formmule template. If I spot any extra columns with formmule email headers, (the black-white ones) that should only be on my data sheet, I delete them. They are errors. 

One of these two usually takes care of the doomed spinning icon.
