Im working on a form for school and have hit a wall on the template layout. I'm unable to get any merge tag values using HTML.

In my current example, the code for the merge tag <<DATE & TIME of Incident:>> is as follows:

......<span class="c8">&lt;&lt;</span><span class="c8 c10">DATE &amp; TIME of Incident:</span><span class="c16">&gt;&gt;</span></p></td></tr></tbody></table><p class="c13 c17"><span class="c4"></span></p><a id="t.052d243f5b90bf4d614b2bc288980c08b5f7d406"></a><a id="t.2"></a>.....

However, this doesn't actually pull the submitted data.  Is there a way to create a table with merge tags within the template?

I would greatly appreciate any help or direction.

Sincerely,

Nhemmer

The actual merge tag has to appear in the HTML.  I can't speak to if your HTML is correct but I don't see the merge tag.

The easiest thing to do is insert an additional column and use the Text function to format the Date and Time the way you want.  Then use the new column in FormMule.  You will either have to use an ArrayFormula or the CopyDown Add-on to get values in all rows.

This is covered in the FAQ at the top of the group.
