Auto-send not functioning?

I've been using formmule for two years but currently the send on form submit option is not functioning. I'm having to run it manually. I don't see anything in the current known bugs, is anyone else having this problem?

Only two folks have mentioned the form trigger failing.
Try to turn the trigger off, then close Formmule, then turn the trigger back on.
The off, close, on sequence frequently fixes the problem.
