Form mule keeps on buffering

Dear Sir,

I have incorporated Form Mule extension for triggering alerts for higher management. However, from past one month it is not responding correctly and has stopped sending emails.

Also i am not able to check the issue as it keeps on buffering as per below screenshot. My user key is AArPn5r1ehtJ/038t1zntMTojjbQn68OUwZl9RNThOWnEXmbqEmcgx+6zlNOTEjaGJJntVMD6ubc
