Working exactly the way I want it on some spreadsheets but won't even open on others. Tried starting on a new spreadsheet, making sure only one google account is open, incognito window, still just won't even launch.

Hello,
When this happens again can you hold down Control+Shift+J" on a PC or "Command+Option+I" on a Mac and when the side window opens, take a screenshot of the error console ( make sure the side window is on the 'console' tab)
That will help us see if any errors are being captured on the front end. Thank you!

I'm not sure what side window you mean. Nothing happens with holding down Ctrl-Shift-J. Here is a screen shot:

Hmm...an error console should pop-up.
Here is another way to get the error console.
On the upper right-hand corner of your Chrome Browser, click on the 'three vertical dots ' > More Tools > Developer Tools
That will also bring up the error console.
(unless your admin has blocked Developer Tools from being accessed)

That doesn't work either so maybe it was disabled by my administrator.
