FormMule set-up email template not opening/editing/creation

Hi,

I am attempting to use formMule to set-up email templates with the send condition dependent upon an option selected on the associated form. However, when I've clicked 'edit template settings' I have encountered the endless loading wheel with no progress after more than a half hour. Could anyone help me to resolve the issue.
