formMule not working and is inaccessible

Hi

I have been using formMule for quite sometime, mostly without any problems. However, I have recently tried to access formMule to edit an email template, but cannot access anything in the add-on. I have menu options for SETUP and PREVIEW AND SEND ALL, but no option will allow access, all I get is the spinning wheel.

As far as I am aware I have not reached any email limits, because emails are still being sent from formMule. Also, the templates are on the main sheet and emails are being sent. I just cannot get into the add-on to make any adjustments.

I am only logged into one account and I have no hidden tabs.

Hi Dave,

Thank you for supplying your user key.
The backend errors are pointing to there being multiple duplicate email template tabs on your sheet. (which is why you are seeing the spinning wheel)
You can check by going to the bottom left-hand corner of your spreadsheet and clicking on the 'all sheets' icon. (This can happen when job settings are recreated either because formMule is set up multiple times on the same spreadsheet or when formMule is accessed while logged into multiple accounts which can confuse the permission settings.)
You will need to delete the duplicate templates with the long file names. And the duplicate 'send status' column headers if they appear on your sheet.

Once the above steps are cleared up should be able to open up Form Mule, from the dropdown menu go to step1. "Choose source data and set merge type" and then make sure the correct sheet is selected. (very important!)

I am unable to see these duplicate 'send status'. How do I delete duplicate ones? I had by mistake created a duplicate mail merge on a separate sheet and this issue started. How do I change it?

In my efforts, what seemed to fix it for me (at least for the moment) was completely deleting the templates and send status columns and having FormMule rebuild them.
