why is my send quota so low now.  I used to never have an issue with send quota.  now it says I only have 2.  any help would be appreciated.

Unless you have a workplace account, the limit is 100.

Meu script estava funcionando normalmente, porém hoje ao tentar disparar o mesmo acabou ficando apenas em looping girando e não saiu dessa tela:

i am facing issue it's showing daily limit crossed only one email quota is pending but i have not sent any email today. please help me

The daily limit is reset appropriately 24 hours after the quota is hit.  

Reach the limit at 11:pm and you will have to wait until 11:00 pm the next day to send any emails.

That is my understanding/
