Make a backup.
Turn off the form temporarily. (closed of repairs)
Look through the revision history and find the template.
Restore and make a copy of the template.
Restore to the latest version of the spreadsheet.
Copy the template from history.
Set up FormMule making sure to use the same template name.
Turn the form back on.
I had FormMule setup on a column trigger and running hourly. This morning, I noticed that it hasn't run since 8/1 but nothing changed on the sheet other than a couple new entries. This is the second time that this has happened. I had to completely rebuild last time and new template was created. Now, I am seeing that the 2nd template and settings that I had created are gone, forcing a new template and settings. I can rebuild it (again) but is there a known issue causing this? Thanks!
