Add On never opens (formmule, autocrat, copydown)

I have been trying to figure out if when an account is deleted, the workflows set up go with it (even when someone else is the owner). In order to do some testing, I created a new account in our admin console. Logged in. Started a new sheet. Added Formmule (and others). Tried to open it but it will never open. I deleted the account and started over, same thing. 

I am able to open the add on if someone else started the workflow on the sheet but not to start it myself.

I'm about to leave my organization but have workflows set up from forms and sheets under my account. I transferred ownership of the sheets to another account but can't figure out if when I leave, the workflows go with it.

Hello,

Follow these steps to transfer a job from one account to another account:

1. Turn off the trigger(s) from the original owner account

2. Turn on the trigger(s) from the new owner account

3. Make sure the new owner has edit access to all files and folders involved in this system
