I am very satisfied with your plugin, I have been working with it for two years and successfully send emails to students. Unfortunately recently the plugin got stuck at the stage of editing the message. When I click on Edit template(s) a blank screen appears titled Build / preview templates, then it hangs for hours and there is no response. I have to change various details in the body of the email and I can't. I would be happy if you fix this bug. Thanks in advance

I am having the same issue where the add-on is getting stuck in the "set the # of templates" screen.  I found the instructions above the forum and followed everything there yesterday and had it all working again.  Then today the same issue is happening and nothing has changed from the point of working until now.  If I can get it to load that screen, no templates are in the list to choose and I can not set the send condition.  I love this add-on, but something has changed in the last few months.  I have been using it for years and with the same sheets that are setup the same as they always have been.  I'm sad that this is happening.

Did you change the form yesterday?  Google will refresh the titles in the responses sheet and your problem will return if the original problem is with the form.

I changed nothing in the form.  Also, I have the formMule setup to merge with a different tabbed sheet in the same file as the response sheet.  So the headings are manually entered and not from the form.  The sheet it is merging with lists emails of people who have not responded for the day and sends them a reminder email.  The merging did work this morning, but when I go in to double-check things or update the time time trigger I like to move to that next screen, save and go back to see that the time trigger was in fact updated.  I have had times where I updated the time and for some odd reason, it didn't stick.  This is the reason for my extra steps.

I'm kinda glad someone else is having these issues! I had another person in my school add the extension and he's missing the buttons at the bottom to save the template! I've wondered if it's something my school has done or is blocking, but now I think it's something to do with the extension :(

The way to find out if it is the school environment is to share with a personal Google account and see if everything works when not connected to a school network.

I would use the tool mentioned in the description of the group to see if the problem has something to do with the headers.

I checked everything you asked for, no faults were found in the table and the problem still exists.

I am having the same issue as others.  FormMule worked just fine through August 27 and on August 28 for no apparent reason, it quit working.   On the 28th, I received an email with subject line " Ooops! There was a problem with the formMule Add-on."  
It says, "  To stop this error, we've removed the time trigger from this formMule instance. To fix this, try re-running the formMule setup steps and choose a different tab to 
merge from."
Which would be fine, but as others have said, we can't get into the add-on to fix it.  It just spins and spins.  Is there anyone at FormMule that can take note and fix this?

NewVisions will not look at something unless it is a global issue.  If you used the CopyTo for the error finding sheet mentioned in the description of the group, you may have to select a new response destination from the Google Form.
