Form Mule and rows were not being sent/logged automatically

Dear form Mule team,

I am using form Mule for such a long time and it has run smoothly. However, a few days recently, I found it there were some responses lines that form Mule did not send an email, did not log URL (Screenshot ). I have no clue why.

As I check on Google, I see a lot of people got the same problem as me.

Can you guys help me about this? Thank you!

---- ---- I will provide some helpful information that I answered other supporter but it has been almost a week and I don't see his/her response.

1, If you manually run Form Mule by going to 'Preview and Send all', will those rows that did not send previously then push out emails?
-> Yes, they would.  Those rows that did not send previously then will push out emails! But I do not want to run it manually like that. Before March 2021, they could run automatically smoothly. 

2, Do you have a condition on this job that these rows perhaps did not meet?
-> No, I don't. Actually, I set up form Mule with Form Trigger: on form submit. As long as there are people who submit the form, it will certainly send an email ( You can check on the Screenshot attachment).

4. "When you are doing this please make sure you are only logged into one Google account...."
--> Yes, I was aware of that. I did exactly what you said. Only one Google account, the account I use is the owner of the Google Sheet file, and it is the account I set up form Mule for the first time.

5, I also use another Trigger in other Google Sheet files is "Time trigger", the same issue happened, sometimes it does not send email automatically, sometimes it sends. It is not really stable. As I observe in a week, Maybe 10 times it runs, there will be 3 times failed, 7 times success. 

I also checked all other Google Sheet files that are using form Mule, the same issue happened. All my Google Sheet files have been running perfectly with form Mule for more than 1 year, I did not touch on them, this issue only happened recently, from March 2021, as far as I remember.

6, "On the rows that did not run, are you seeing an error message land underneath the Form Mule 'Send Status' column?"
--> No. There aren't any errors underneath the Send status column. It just did not run on that row. (You can check on the Screenshot attachment)

7. Do you have more than one Form Mule job on the same spreadsheet?
-> No. I set up form Mule with only 1 trigger in one spreadsheet in one Google Sheet file, it is On form submit. You can see in the Screenshot 2.

8. "Are all of these responses coming in on the same day?"
--> Yes, indeed. You can see the date and hours in the Screenshot. All of them are different hours or minutes but on the same day. I know the Google quota limitation is about 1500 emails right? but there are less than 100 emails sent on that day.

I can provide the Temporary Active User Key from form Mule for Dev team if required. I hope you guys can help me address this issue. I am using form Mule for registration in my School.
