Emails not being sent

I use FormMule to send emails to one email address when a row is created in a Google Sheet.

Lately, there have been rows created in the Sheet, but the email is not sent by FormMule and the FormMule column is blank.  

I tried the timezone change/change back solution, the email upon creation worked consistently for about a week, but the problem is happening again.

I should add that this sheet holds Form responses, and that some responses that get recorded DO trigger an automated email by Form Mule and some do not, even responses from the same respondant.

Are there conditions placed on the merge? Since there is no error message under the Form Mule 'Send Status' Column, it sounds like maybe some form submissions are meeting the requirements and others are not.

If you run the job manually by going to "Preview and Send All", will the rows then merge and send an email? 

(if yes then you might just need to reset the triggers)
