Everything disapeared - ONLY HELP OPTION AVAILABLE

My form mule on the extensions tab only shows the help option.

Every config I had is gone.

The options to configure again are gone.

I am having the same issue and the extension is no longer working on any sheet that I already have set up.

I have included Newvisions in several emails.  I have not heard anything.

I was able to duplicate the problem and now I'm in the same boat.

I changed the country to India and the error appeared.  I only see the help prompt.

I changed the country back to the United States and still only see the help prompt.

So I shot myself in the foot trying to be helpful.

If I figure out how to reset the Add-on, I'll let you know.

I changed my country to see if I could duplicate the problem.  I was not having a problem before I changed the country.

I changed the country back and now cannot access the add-ons just like many of you.

From those that submitted this form, the problem is across many countries.
