I've been using Formmule for a while, but recently noticed that I cannot see when others reply to my mailmerges. Any ideas on how to fix this? It works with one G-Suite account, but not with another.

Hello,
This sounds like a Gmail settings issue; the recipient's response to your email can land in different folders of your inbox based upon preferred settings.
The thread on this Gmail Support Forum has many great suggestions such as looking in the "All Mail" label; checking your filters and forwarding rules.
