Serious issue - Amanda please help!! - FormMule picking wrong row in preview and status getting updated to wrong row after email sent

Dear Amanda,

Screenshot attached. Kindly help with below.

Trying to automate emails from a new spreadsheet since its working amazing on all other spreadsheets for our business and helped us to automate a major part of it.

However recently, whenever we set up an email merge and click preview and send all, its picking the correct rows as per condition set, however preview shows wrong row number. Plus the status also gets updated the the same wrong row showing in preview. This means, customer gets the email, but email status gets to wrong place. Due to this, customer gets multiple emails and the email status in wrong row causes no email trigger from that row when condition is met. (Condition is 'Yes' in 'Status' column).

Tried setting up from our Gsuite accounts as well as my personal gmail, its still same issue. So not a problem with Gsuite.

Please please please help!!

Hi there - try this: Highlight all the rows starting at row 2 and go to Edit - Delete Rows. This should force Autocrat to restart at row 2

Hi Brian,

thanks for your reply, however I am using FormMule email utility, not Autocrat. 

Nevertheless I tried what you advised, but its still showing incorrect row in preview and also updating status message to same incorrect row in spreadsheet :((

Additional info: This issue is happening only for new set ups, all the old merges are working perfectly fine!!
