Is it possible to format text in the templates (bold, italicize, etc) or insert a table?

Hello,
Yes, you can change the font, color, format, bold text etc in the email body template by using html.
Ex: <b>This text is bold</b>
Ex: <b>This text is bold</b>
You can build a table through HTML or you can use the rangetotable function
